At AromaCraft, every product is handcrafted with care. We strive to deliver your orders safely and on time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 4-7 business days after confirmation.
- Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Timeline
- Within Maharashtra: 5-7 business days
- Rest of India: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹999. The exact shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations across India.
Payment will be collected by our shipping partner at the time of delivery.
AromaCraft reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at:
